that's why multiples are easier to part with. i'm down to one fbm now, and it's a user. feels good to be less of a collector and more of a user. no SOD here and i thought it would be harder to live without. not that bad.
i have my sar 5 up, neither a multiple nor a user, but i'm not selling the sheath rainwalker made me. it fits my m2k and I have other designs to make that will work with it. i need to order steel. Was the Sar5 an asymmetric grind? I had one, and I think it was. Didn't like it very much. Traded it off.

The SAR5 was a standard v grind, not asym.
I am with you Mag. I have been letting go of a number of doubles and mainly keeping the blades I want to use.

Yeah- I have a small list something like-YGCG- CT ( for sure) - Chop or Rat weiler and i am still thinking- plotting. I looked at SAR but don't know that much yet. I sit and enjoy my steel every day. What is a " asym" ? or? Thanks- oh yaeh- also putting together a gun " want list" . Bought a 10/22 Ruger the other day. Good for me probably weak for you guys. BTW- I was checking out the engines and saw somewhere that SR 77 was used on a guitar mic or something ? Got good reviews

Also picked up a Rescue Knife that WHICH mentioned over here. ( good price) Wife wrapped it so will review later for you guys if you don't already know all about it

hah, he called you Dot!!!!!
i thought the sar5 was a great knife, just ended up never using it. my m2k, koster bushcraft, and a couple others perform quite well in the same category, so it just sits in the drawer, virgin.
