My wife is Vegan. We had whole wheat pasta with vegetarian spaghetti sauce....
While I understand the value of a vegetarian diet to fight heart disease and
guard against cancer, my mouth just waters when someone talks about steak,

i was vegetarian for about 8 years (health and religious reasons)....since i can readily get grass fed beef now i just started eating red meat about 3months ago. i sure did miss that b12, its way better than mixing sprouted grains.

i think most things in moderation are good
