Does anyone else here love their CG finish? I couldn't choose between the CG and LE and went with CG for use but I'm totally digging the looks of it. I also thought, it has an LE waiting to metamorph once the usage wears it down.

im super stoked on mine too. this is my first SYKCO knife and first knife with a finish ever. its a wonderfully perfect coating....i can hear it calling to get banged up and scuffed! and like most other ppl the edge is quite sharp. i need to pick up a strop tho and some green compound.
on another note that slatts knot is cool, but if you want buckles it might be easier using an inch and a quarter buckle my 1 inch buckles are too tiny. or maybe use a dift knot.
i could go for a Turbo Dog.....you lucky southerners

Thanks, I had heard that sometimes the blades don't come that sharp but amidst the fondling somewhere- I was bitten! Small papercut-like but I didn't notice until the next day. No biggie, I'm actually glad since now I know mine came razor sharp! And yes I say razor because I shaved with it. A tad bit off my arm, no burn, good clean shave.

MC-ever use one of these? It's supposedly a 'Palm-tree Cutter'. ![[Linked Image from alicante-spain.com]](http://www.alicante-spain.com/images/palm-tree-cutting.jpg)

the tree trimmers use those to trim coconut trees. a friend of mine has one almost exactly like that he said he had it specially made in argentina (where hes from). theres tons of dift machetes...the best is when he sharpens it..

So I ordered my first ever Mora's. A triflex and a laminated version. Hope to make them serious users this year. I've just read so much about them that after seriously getting ready to purchase some Fallkniven I gave in to Frost. Price to performance, the motto to my life.

You'll love the Moras. You will wonder how a knife that costs so little can work so well. Oh, and the next time you order some Moras(yes, there will be a next time) try at least one of the clippers.
You can get then in either carbon steel or stainless and in a variety of color combos. The 840 is the carbon clipper, and the 860 is the stainless clipper. The Clippers have the most comfortable handle and they make great great kitchen/camp food prep knives because they are a little thinner stock.
