Things are mixed for me, but I am doing well, overall.
I'm trying to decide what kind of flower picture to post for someone special for her 40th birthday. Thank you for the well wishes. I'm actually feeling pretty good. My nose is just irritating the hell out of me...gotta wipe/blow it every few minutes or so. Sounds like you're in love there my friend <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> When I was in college, one of my best friends (a girl) gave me a tip on flowers, well roses to be specific...red, if you love them. yellow, if you are just friends with them. white, if you love them but not sure if the other person feels the same way about you and you don't want to overwhelm/smother them.

You're welcome. When I'm sick and doing a lot of nose blowing, I prefer to use fine silk shirts; they're less irritating.
I am certainly in strong like. I would be unsurprised if it eventually develops into love.
My understanding is that Red is supposed to indicate passionate love, yellow is supposed to indicate friendship, and white is supposed to indicate everlasting love.
In any case, I'm going to post to her a wildflower picture, not some domesticated rose.
