My wife has shot plenty of 45 ACP and 45 Colt. She even likes shooting .308, but I hesitate with the DE.
She is actually a better shot with pistol than I am. Now rifle, that is where I shine LOL.

Now that is a hand cannon. I owned a Ruger 454 Casual for a short time. I actually like the round but not the Ruger. I am too much of a Smith guy.

dang, stupid laptop. the air card went out and had to restart...That desert eagle vid was insane! The recoil looked painful lol Lol, it's not that bad. I kind of let the recoil take my arms; I didn't resist too much. I aim better if I don't fight the recoil. oh, ok! I thought maybe that was a full lock out with that kind of recoil <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> I remember seeing a vid of a 454 casull! I remember it hitting the shooting in his head on the recoil <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> I've seen the 50 hit a chick in the face too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwLQewe4TrY Crazy! That guy handing off the pistol did a crappy job at helping her out. If she held the pistol with a proper grip, locked out her elbows, had proper footing, and leaned forward into the weapon, I don't think she would have gotten hit in the head. Granted the recoil would have still been large.

Me too. I got to shoot a Freedom Arms not too long ago and I was really impressed. It rolled so nice in the hand.
