Cool. I hope to keep increasing the distance. My endurance is geting better and better. Any tips to help with training? I think I am more of a middle distance runner but I do hope to run a marathon at some point in my life.

I will tell you,to run "farther" you
have to run a little slower.

Well I measured the distance of my current route with my car and it is like 5.1 miles. So I guess in 40 min. I'm running an average 8 min. mile.

I'm thinking about alternating my runs for speed one day and distance the other day.

8 min mile is way faster than what I am running. I run slow...
