Yeah I wouldn't normally pay the extra that goes along with an LE - but I've got a soft spot for visible temper lines, and this thing has gotten such glowing reviews that I've gotta give it a shot. I was looking forward to heading to BLADE and trying to snag a DFCG, hopefully with a full flat grind like some of the ones they had at Knob Creek, but now I don't know if I will bother.

hmm. my CGDF is the heavy one and since i have the DFLE, i would want it to be heavy just for variety.
as for the M9LE, you've got a lotta knife. it splits the difference between the FBM and DFLE, but with better edge retention than either of those knives.
