I know that a friend of mine and I are already making plans to attend next years Blade. We figure we will probably drive down unless it is a lot cheaper to fly. I figure with driving and being mobile we can save on hotel faire, unless the knome visits and gives free room and board!

Its going pretty good. I go back to the specialist on tuesday afternoon to see if it will be a half cast, full cast, or surgery. I am hoping for the first because that means I won't have a long heal time.

I had a 45 lb plate smash my thumb in HS, hurt like a SOB. I could not sleep that night, and the next morning I was at my grandfathers place doing some work for him. He took a look at it and laughed. PaPa said come here and he took out a small finger drill, heated it up and drilled a fine hole through the nail/ Talk about relief--it allowed the dead blood to be drained, a way for blood to escape and healed up without me loosing the nail. Times like that make me really miss him.

i should have some extra cash on monday and the m9le and a fw more scrapper 5 seems to be a good way to spen it.
