lloks like a pretty handy tool bushman. i always used to keep a small pry bar in my old car. don't know where it went though.

yea us old guys whip the young'uns in endurance, but dear god our recovery time is horrible. I routinely hike with a buddy of mine, wicked athlete, he is good for fast sprints in the mountain trails, but has no long term endurance. Whereas i plod along, like a turtle, but hike for ten plus hours. The next day buddy is raring to find new trails, and i'm raring to find ibuprofun and sleep

Sure, rub it in wiseguy! You think what I've described so far is bad, in two weeks time, we also start the kayaking, tug-o-war, rope climbing and rope bridge, and adding 5 km to the biking and running.
