That really stinks! To bad you didn't have a snorkel on your jeep.

If you want........I could take that Dog Father off your hands for $150......help with the repair bills and keep the wife off your back. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

What a guy Bramel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />. I am going to need the DFLE, because the next time I come to a river crossing, I am parking my Jeep and building a boat with the DFLE <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />.

LOL <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Might be an idea though, to invest in that snorkel. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I have already priced snorkels. If she makes it through the torure I put her through, I will be a happy camper most likely with a snorkel.

If the ole girl makes it through and you do get the snorkel....I'd be interested in pictures of the instal.

If you don't mind?

Sorry for the luck Jeeps. I am betting it will be alright. Jeeps can take alot of abuse. Drain the diffs as suggested by another. Don't forget the axle vents when you do the snorkel install. This is also a good excuse to apply a bedliner (Herculiner) to the inside of the Jeep. The carpet and seats will probably be a little bit funky.

Next add should be a locker and a winch.

Bad.

That whole thing happening is bad Ron. I will offer up words on behalf of your Jeep.Last thing anyone needs now is unexpected and un-wanted expenses! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif" alt="" />

So sorry this happened to you! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

peace,
Dave

I donn't think I would have made it through on my quad either.

Bedliner is a great idea for the cab. My truck has no carpet and all the ice and snow just fall out when you open the door but if you have the type of vehicle that has floorpans like a dish you can drill and tap a hole and use an oil drain bolt in the lowest spot(especially if you park on an angle) so you can just flush everything out with a hose.

I really like the 2 wheel drive prerunner stle trucks. Less things to break and with a winch you can get out of anything. No lift ,huge tires and cut the body to fit. That way you have both good ground clearance low centre of gravity and your steering and shocks work much better. Plus it looks deadly.

Man, I feel for you.
I am sure it will turn out fine. Our jeeps are a pretty hardy bunch.
