While I maintain back ups for most of my equipment, I think my Scrap Yard knives are tough enough not to need back ups. A friend picked me up a MPLE at Blade so I'll let those who don't have one get these. Good luck <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I thought about getting another one, but I'll let some other dogs get a chance of getting one.
I'm saving my money and waiting to see what the 3rd bowl is. I think I know what it is, but I'm hoping its a S-6.

Some of the newer dogs have never had a chance to buy a scrapper except on the secondary market. I think all of us who are lucky enough to have a bird dog should let the pups feed, since Renee said there weren't very many BDLEs. Heck, some of the pups are already JYDs. It has been a long time since the last offerings. So when is the new manufacturing facility going to start showing us some serious volume production? Have the all 154CM knives been discontinued because some bonehead broke the tip on one Rat? Inquiring minds want to know.

Good question... I thought the steel was amazing from what I've seen and put mine through; but there could be fears that it won't hold up to the abuse that some dogs put their knives through! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
