Here's a rig my friend David Brown made for my Battle Mistress. Got a couple of piggyback sheaths, one for a Swiss Tool, and another for a blast match. The Tec lock also has a diamond sharpener insert to replace the old belt spacer.

Looks like you are set up for a right hand cross draw. I guess the pistol goes on the strong side?

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I'm on 44th St. and Campbell (1 block south of Camelback). Where you at?

I carried this rig today on a short hike up Camelback Mt. I'll tell you it got a lot of looks from the sheeple. Amazing how many people hike around totally unprepared. No joke, I see more people carrying ipods than I see carrying any water.

Camelback may not be Mt. Everest but every year I see the search and rescue choppers looking for lost hikers at night. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

That's the idea, but most of the time my gun is in my pack or in the passenger seat since a lot of the "outdoor" places I go to are surrounded by freeways and houses. When I am really able to get away from the city it goes on the hip.

I find crossdraw to be a little easier unsheathing and sheathing the really big blades too.
