Got this a couple of days ago. Great little blade and very sharp, cool finish too.

Going to give it a workout when I go camping later this month.

Congrats on the new blade, but I think what you have there is a Yard Keeper, and not a Yard Gaurd. The Yard Gaurd has a thumb ramp and a re-curved 7" blade that is about .280" thick. The Yard Keeper on the other hand has a blade length of about 4 1/2" and is .188" thick.

You will love the Yard Keeper. It in my opinion is the best all around, do it all kind of blade to come from the Yard since the SS4. I absolutely love mine.

Did you make the kydex for it?

I really like the matching kydex, too. That is one good looking YK.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Where did the kydex come from?

Congrats on the Tan Keeper. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> I really like that size and shape, I picked up a Tan one at the last dog bowl, I just couldn't resist. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
