I took out the larger brother and gave it a workout. The enemy was a 3" hickory tree - not huge, but, then again, neither is the hatchet. It took a couple of minutes, but it made it through. A2 is not bad either.








It still manages to shave.

Nice. Looks as if it took you from early evening to nightfall...

It did, sort of. I ate dinner and managed to keep a one year old both happy and at bay whilst performing this feat.
