Hey, some of you with long memories may remember that I broke a huge section of my benchmade griptilian 550 folder a while back. I sent to to Benchmade for repairs last week, and I just received a package from them. They didn't fix it, THEY GAVE ME A NEW KNIFE! So, just wanted people to know that the issue had been resolved and then BM is a trustworthy company with great service.

Because my earlier posts about my BM breaking may have changed people's opinions about the company, I wanted to balance things out with this A+ report

P.S. Mods, et. al: If this post breaks any rules by not being in the "outdoors and fieldcraft" section, let me know so I can fix it. I merely posted it here because I know more people look at this section and thus I could get the message out better. You know me -- Didn't mean to cause trouble! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Have you hugged your camp knife today?

Great news. I have wondered off and on what happened with that... It has been ~ 6 months hasn't it? So not fast, but at least you got a new replacement.
