Sweetness! I think Jeff wrote as I was thinking about him- it came sheathless. I was thinking something like horizontal carry/maybe capable of being carried inside the pants-more subtle??

This baby screams EDC to me and makes the martial artists inside me happy. Has more of a fighter feels than my other blades. I remember someone on BF was deploying, had an Ash and was thinking of a smaller blade. I said the RMD. I'm rethinking that now! I hope it can get out today, but it's pretty gray and rainy here.

My little collection is rounding out nicely! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

just got out for a quick hike (saw 5 deer) and checked it out. Nice!

Cuts fuzz curls better than anything I have, awesome tip strength, chops almost as well as my howling rat (HR is more comfortable) and feels as tough as a tank.

I have done some shopping selling lately. This is a keeper. Just what I wanted...can anyone say rerelease?? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Kenken, where are you? I'm in Glastonbury- just outside of Hartford.

when the SS4 came out, the boss said their might be others, but different (steels, etc)
I wonder if he meant the Mud Puppy?

but I have seen other prototypes more similar.

different steels, INFI is expensive! Scrapyard is performance to price goodness.
it's why we don't have tons of colors, tons of scales, etc.
BossDan wants us to have the best at a great price.

ok, can't stop bragging about this knife!

I don't get why so many folks call it ugly? It seems sleek, bad and looks good to me! Polished spine and the great blade shape...oh yeah!!

I've never heard anyone call the SS4 ugly... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I guess the Mudders are a little unique though, but I for one like the SS4 and the Mudder handles a lot!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Keep on bragging RN! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> It's good to be the proud owner of an SS4! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
