I answered don't show me tell me, but I have a caveat. If it the announcement comes 1-2 weeks before pics and a time line I think it is fun to speculate and guess. (that is 2 weeks in normal time, not Busse time) If it drags on too long it will get frustrating. As it has only been a week we are still in the fun period. I would be fine if they post pics/specs next and still have a few more weeks before they put it up for sale.

I much prefer seeing a picture with an announcement, as we all know that a picture is worth a THOUSAND words! To me it really does not matter which way they do it as long as they don't drag it out too far. I am fine with the teases for a few weeks or it being in the store on day 1 of the announcement. As long as they keep coming out with no long dry spells I am happy.

When I first heard about the M9 LE I was only mildly interested, as I have a couple of Battle Rats, Camp Tramps, and other SwampRat knives. But when I saw the picture of it, I was hooked!!! Like anyone, I'd prefer to see a picture with the announcement, but I'm still glad Renee gave us an idea about what is next. Look at all the fun we have had trying to guess what the knife looks like.

Whether a picture is included in an announcement or not, it is still teasing. However, a picture helps relieve frustration and possibly anger, whereas a verbal announcement does not. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
