regardless of what you are shooting at, rate of fire combined with mag size would be up there!
Hmmm... A ma deuce with a couple of belts... Yeah... Back in my happy place. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I've got one Glock. It's a Model 23 .40 S&W. It's been in my CCW rotation since 1995. It's compact and very reliable. That said, I like Sig, Beretta, HK, CZ, and the various 1911 style pistols more than Glock. Glock is utterly reliable, but they aren't "Sexy". I can't get excited by a Glock. Not by how they look, or how they feel, or how accurate they are. The only thing I LOVE about Glock is the absolute reliability they give. For that reason alone, I may, at some point pick up a G19 as a companion to my 23. I think I have finally decided on a Glock 23 as my next pistol. I thought about a 19 for a long time, but want to power of the .40. I disagree that the Glocks are not sexy, though. I love the look of them.

anyone shot the 10mm witness? Yes, a bud has one and it is pretty nice for the money. Another friend has a S&W 610 with 4" brl, no lock that was worked over by Dave Berryhill and that is a sweet shooter. I have had a 10mm in the Glock 20 and a Dan Wesson 1911. The Glock was OK, but never really shot any hot loads because it had the factory brl and I never got around to getting a hunting brl for it. Now the DW 1911, it was accurate and handled some hot loads, dropped a pig with it, but eventually got rid of it because factory ammo was so expensive for it. Kinda wish I had it still because OK changed it's deer hunting regs to where we can use that caliber. No reason to take a rifle into the thickets if you can use a 10mm. For those that don't know, the 10mm is like having a .41 mag in a pistol.

A BIG +1!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Last Fall as I was helping my brother take his boat out of the water the marina owner pulled up and noticed my pistol, an old S&W Model 411. As we were discussing pistols, he let me handle his compact Kimber .45. Man, those are SWEET!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
