They seem to be making a comeback. So what is your every day gun, and what is your favorite in terms of accuracy for you personally When I get my CCW completed i will carry a Kel-tec PF-9. I have used one alot and I find them decently accurate if I concentrate on trigger control. If I am concentrating I can clear plates at 15yrds with a standing two-handed grip. Its very slim, decently small, and has decent magazine capacity. My best shooter would be the SP-01, especially with a Kadet kit on it. Home defense would be split between the PF-9 by the bed and something else nearby.

I remember when the Colt Delta Elites came out. One of my shooting buddies got one, and he still loves it. This may all be urban legend, but the story I heard was the 10mm was developed for the FBI as a more powerful cartridge following a shootout in Miami with bank robbers who out gunned the FBI with Mini-14s and such. But the ladies coming into law enforcement couldn't pull the slide back on the new pistol. The FBI went to the 45 acp. S&W tuned down the 10mm and it became the 40 S&W, which is now a most popular cartridge with law enforcement. Is that all about right? It could all be lies for all I know. I don't believe anything shooters say when they've been drinking. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
