That's easy:

Knife: SOD
Drink: McCallan 18Yrs, works as a desinfectant as well
Music: no idea really, maybe something from Cash
Book: The Decline & Fall Of The Roman Empire, with a bit of luck you might finish it in one month.

I will play
Knife wise, where it is tempting to tag my NMSFNO as the knife I would take I would strongly consider something smaller, maybe my BATAC, Fehrman last chance, RAT RC5 or even the new SARLE, those would work better for bush craft and are still large enough for heavy use and they are lighter to carry imo
a good bushcraft/survival book
since I am a beer drinker i would opt for grain alcohol, it would have medicinal purposes and fuel like mentioned before plus I am sure there would be some berries/coconuts or some form of tropical fruit I could use to sweeten it up to drink.

Knife - My new SARSquatch; I just can't stop playing with it.
Book - Something on safe/unsafe vegetation, and how to properly prepare it.
(What can I say;I care about my stomach! )
Drink - Too easy; a Texas Mickey of 30 year old Glenfiddich Scotch Whiskey.

Battle Rat or Battle Guard

The Bible

If it is never ending I would go with beer, many brands would work. If it has to be whiskey I'd maybe go Maker's Mark.

Everclear, be sure and dilute it before you put it on your skin. It burns very well too.

DFLE, U.S. Air Force Survival Guide, and grain alcohol for disinfectant. He DID specify that the stay would be one month.
