Hello all,

I have been around here lurking for a little while since checking some knives out at bladeforums, seeing some destruction tests of the bussekin blades and researching on the internet some time back.

I just missed the SOD when I joined; I waited around for a while and then wandered off just long enough to miss the MUK! I hope I don't miss the S5, I have been checking the forums nearly daily in order to keep up to date.

Now, I just have a question which I could not find the answer to in the FAQ and a search of the forums:

If I purchase several knives at once (too many combinations!) and ship them internationally (Australia), is the international shipping charge applied to each knife, or is there a combined shipping discount?

Thanks,

David.

They combine shipping domestically, so you pay less for extra knives. don't see why you couldn't do that internationally.

welcome to the yard. awesome name.

I might not live as far away as you, AbooAyesha, but I do have the Scrapyard Knives shipped Inernational to me in Canada.

As long as you order all the knives you want in one order, you should only be charged the shipping fee once.

JYD#70 Warning! There are more than just dogs in this yard!

Thanks for the welcome and thank you for your answer. I hope I can get some official answer... maybe I should email/PM someone? Renee, maybe?

Thanks,

David.

tyger75,

Thank you for your reply. It seems like good news so far; the only problem is whether the distance will be a problem as you observed. Historically speaking, anything I ship from the US is quite expensive.

David.
