I appreciate the offer Bushman5, and in the past I would have ranted until I was red in the face but usually it was just temporary relief, until my next explosion. Today, I try to not get to upset about things that are out of my control. Now, that doesn't mean that I don't still get angry occasionally, but I don't fly off the handle like I use to. I try and pray about things before I react. I especially like this verse from the book of James,

James 1:19-20

My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.

I tried for years to control my anger better with only short term results. I took God's help for me.
