yes and no, there's still a lot of gray areas that make it unclear to the general public (and police), but there are still some that are legal. my window of opportunity to legally own one might be closing in the near future so I'm looking into one now. Not trying to take any chances.

It's getting bad though, as of Feb. 2011, they passed a law called AB962 (all of California), only face to face ammo sales transaction and fingerprint record. That means no more online transactions and HUGE price increases locally. Again, this is NOT stopping criminals, only law abiding citizens..
