Who's deep-frying a turkey this year?
I'm going to give it a try.
I've had it a few times, just never cooked one myself.

My favorite wild meat is elk.
Moose is third on my list, but for a lot of people that don't like moose.
They usually love it if it is mixed 50/50 with beef hamburger.
Spaghetti, chili all taste better imo when mixed with beef/moose

I've had it a few times, just never cooked one myself.
If you've never had one you are missing out! Tried it a couple of times and liked it. Didn't do it for Thanksgiving this year (our thanksgiving is in October)

I agree with you Joe - deep-fried turkey is GREAT!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I first tried it a couple of years ago and loved it. I soon bought a deep-fryer on sale (of course!) and started doing our own. I love it! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
