How is everyone. Cold here in OKC, OK too. I wanted cooler weather but cold is cold. My knees, ankles and back are really out of it today. Been at a tournament all weekend, practice, and my body doesn't like it did in the old days. I know I am getting older when a hs wrestler can out do me on the mat--and that is with coaches priority, I get on when I want and off when I want LOL.

Even if the temps are low, if the wind isn't blowing and the humidity is low it ain't all that bad. Once when I was stationed in Omaha, the temp was -22F. No wind and NO humidity to speak of. Not all that bad as long as you weren't out in it to long.
