that's terrible guys. i'm lucky i never really liked soda as a kid, so i never grew into drinkin it. don't like coffee either.

Yeah, It can get pretty bad. My doc stays on me about it. So far all I take is Metformin 1000mg twice a day. I usually stay withing the lower limits as far as the numbers go. 100-135 or 140

for me it's water, whole milk, tea, orange juice, and sometimes cranberry juice.

I don't drink may sodas. Don't drink much coffee anymore either. used to at work I would drink a bunn coffee maker pot full x3 ALL BY MYSELF! in 8 hours

I have almost given up everything except an occasional alcoholic drink with dinner. I keep water bottles EVERYWHERE and always have one full near me. I dropped a lot of body fat and replaced it with lean muscle when I stopped drinking sugary crap all the time.

i don't see how people enjoy coffee at all. very few drink it black, meaning that most who drink it don't really like it.
