I'll settle for a couple or three knives and some quality time in the back country until the price comes down...........LOL I am still trying to find the right property. Everytime I find one I like its way out of my budget.

I expect prices will drop fast as time goes on. Anybody else remember the prices on the first 40" plasma TVs less than a decade ago? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> When I first got here 6 years ago I bought a 42" LCP for over 2k. A 42" LCD is less than a grand now.

We need to get a bigger place, but the city is nice. It's out of the valley enough to have cleaner air and less... issues. What I mean is, the folks are pretty decent up here.
