I think the new deregulator mod is kind of ugly, but it's not nearly as ugly as my TT regulator guard, which is held together by Gorilla Glue

I'll take ugly and less likely to get torn up any day, though - the mod is a big improvement, IMHO.

I think the regulator without a topguard is way nicer, but I'm going to do it myself and make it a smoother then Dan's offering.

Can somebody fill me in as I haven't been following all the regulator threads, is the military overrun regulator THE regulator with the new modifications? Or is there going to be 2 versions of the regulator (military and normal store release)?

Really? I've been in Utah for 10 years now, but I was born and raised in Bothell. Moved away at 22. Even went to Bothell High.
There for a minute I thought I read Brothel High

any of you guys get a sheath made by savage sheaths? i was thinking of getting one for my tank buster.
I have three. Two for the SOD and one for a MUK. If I ever get a DFLE I want a SAvage sheath for it too.

sounds great, i will probably go that route. he has on for the busse boss hg-55 in a dark brown leather with the white stitching that i really like

That is a great looking sheath. If my HG55 comes out the way I want it too then I will be getting on for it. With the new DeRegulator I might need one for that also. I bet Harry gets real busy soon

who likes the FAL rifle?
Great rifle. I built several but have none left. When the price of .308 went through the roof I lost interest. My favorite was the Inch pattern, a South African beater, and a Para.

I like the look and feel of the sebenza but something about the frame locks doesn't always work for me. Same thing with the axis lock. I mess with clint's and it just seems like my hands don't quite get it.

I love the axis lock, and have been thinking that a Strider with a frame lock is the best option for me to try out.

When I was in hs, I went on a mission trip to Red River and Questa, NM. I had just got back from summer national is wrestling and football 2-a-days started the week following. I thought I was in shape until I tried a dead run up a hill side called Blue Moon somting another. Lets put it this way, after a week in the mountains I was in the best shape for 2-a-days ever.

17hmr, 22lr , 5.56, 308 , 12 gauge , black powder
22lr 9mm 40sw 45acp....

now if you were talking something like 10mm, 357sig.... those are a littel more painful to find the gun and the ammo ... i know plenty of reloaders that run those... but i dont see the ammo or the guns on the shelf often.

the deregulator looks nice.... two more weeks....

i got ammo for guns i don't even have anymore.
