The mother is single. Both her and the boyfriend work, but not all that well paying jobs if you know what I mean. They are trying and aren't bums (not making any judgements, just saying they are working and trying the best they can). right now, all 5 of them are living with an OLDER sister that just had a baby and it is crowded to say the least.

Anyway, Patty came up with an idea to have benefits for them and we are meeting about that today at the church. We already have SOME things set up and I am gonna try to set up an account at a local bank for donations so that if anyone wants to give money they don't have to worry it's some kind of a rip off.

AND I have probably already said all this but I have just forgotten. Anyway, it's for a good cause and repeating it isn't going to hurt anything.

AND IF I can do it, I already got a name for the account (If they'll let me use it) "The girls fund". Might sound kinda hokey, but I like it.

OK, we talked about that yesterday. I hope all goes well, and the community can help those folks. Ok, I thought that I had said something about it but just couldn't remember. I know Evo and I talked about it some this morning early just before he went to bed.

There was quite a few Dogs on last night! When I logged on again there was 78 on the forums, no doubt waiting for good news from Dan! I think that many people truly want to help, but with the todays economy is, they are hesitant and I understand that. BUT if they ARE SURE it's going for what has been said, they will donate something, Time, goods, money. And if enough folks donate even $1.00 it WILL add up. Or donate a pot of beans or a pie or cake or an old Good Serviceable electric skillet. It all adds up. AND Patty wants to make sure it is done in a way so that no person or church gets the credit. As she said, All this just came to her "out of the blue" and It WASN"t her that thought of it on her own. Man I love that woman!

Yeah, I had to start reading DC from page 1948 and there was a lot of stuff said. Good day at the Yard. I'm with you, I hope they can get the glitch fixed as well. Patty told me that she was happy I was gonna go ahead and order one of each type.

I know that I am bragging, but she thinks about other people so much that she often makes herself sad because she has given away something she really likes because "they" mentioned they liked "it" too. Or she just stresses over the fact that we can't help as much as we would like.

You know, Dan MIGHT wind up having to re-install the program that is messing up, or even have to get a new one. BUT hopefully all this work is covered by some kind of guarantee or other and won't cost him any more than it already has.
