Had enough coffee for the night, switched to tea. Right now I am drinking some store bought Arizona Tea with Ginsing and honey.

I am so glad i don't have toget up at 4am tomorrow. I can coast through the time change.

If I drink coffee after about 4 or 4:30 it just tears me up.

I only drink on cup of coffee in the morning. Buts its a healthy cup of coffee. I can't drink it at work. rarely have any time to stop and well....... how do I put this nicely? Get rid of it.

M/B carry cheap condoms. Go in one and store it in a sock until you can "flush" it. You can also do the same thing for a water bladder.
