Tell me about it! We finally got a McDonalds here several years ago, and now we even got a Blimpies! When I was growing up the nearest McDonalds was about 30 miles away and I NEVER thought I would see one In my home town.

And THAT brought us to page 2305!

Well besides the two places I mentioned, we've got 3 quik shops, a 12 isle grogery store a restaurant (who's food isn't fit to eat) and a gas station that's got a kitchen and actually has halfway passable food.

We found on a trip to Springfield that one of the better places to eat is a Hood's truck stop! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I mean it DIDN't, but it could have.

I know that YEARS ago, truck stops were the best places to eat if you wanted good chow and plenty of it for a good price.
