After I threw a wicked convex edge on it, that thing became a little beast. Between that and the BDLE, I've got my kitchen knives pretty well covered.

It's now one of my most used knives in the kitchen and in my field pack! It's probably one of the best knife designs I've come across for doing it all! And like MM said, put a convex edge on this baby, and you've got one heck of an awesome knife! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> JYD#70 Warning!
