or are people going to "queen" them and use the CG versions only? Me,not sure yet, it is going to be hard not to use it but I may keep this one pristine and just beat the crap out of my CG version

I can't decide either. I really want to compare the two, but I haven't decided yet. If I get my JYD I might as well beat it right? I am thinking of selling my tan CG yard keeper , which is a sharp as a lazzzzzer thanks to HD. I just haven't used it yet and not sure I am going to.

Normally I would say yes to using it, but since I already have a nice one in sage/black, the S5LE will sit along side my mint DMLE in a drawer. I use my DFLE and SOD LE and another DMLE on occasion. I even use my HG55 LE and M9LE. If I didn't already have the S5CG, I'd use it, too. It doesn't hurt them.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

My S5 coated will stay in kydex and be strapped to my BoB. The S5LE will pair-up with my SoDLE in a RainWalker piggyback leather sheath I am on the Long(and growing) wait list for. These two will make a great all purpose outdoor team!

If I decide to keep mine, I will use it. The CG will probably be added to a BOB or kept in the car.

good point on the JYD #, it makes it a keeper, I will probably use it once to see how she does but then keep my CG version as a primary user.

I am going to use mine for hunting for the memories but won't use it ahrd unless necessary. This could be my ultimate knife.

This is the first knife that I've bought more than one of, because I think it will be my ultimate knife. I got one to queen, one to use and one more to probably trade later or hook a friend up with an awesome knife. This will relegate my RMD to the BoB...

I am getting another as soon as I can afford it, I am thinking it is the ultimate, I may even sell one of my Bog Dogs to fund it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />
