I'm a fan of hot foods and peppers, so I didn't think nothing of taking bite out of this guy, boy something happened in the garden, this pepper must DIE!

LOL...too hot for me. I used to think that salt was a spice until I moved to Texas. I got over that real quick

Ha! I hate when that happens.
I used to think tabasco was hot. When I was 5.
I still hesitate when biting into peppers though.

this my latest little jar of hell.

2 cups wild turkey bourbon
2 cups finely ground mexican chili powder
1 cup habernaros
1 cup dried crushed chilis
- 4 tablespoons salt
1 cup apple cider vinegar

everything into a blender, liquify and pour into glass jar.

It has a mild start to it, a bit of a heat bite, but its about 5 to 10 minutes after you eat it and you realize your face is itching hot and you have sweat pouring off you head/face/neck/brow/eyes.

pleasant afterburn in the mouth, no violent hiccups like some hot sauce

I never have understood why you people subject yourself to this. I like my food to be pleasant, not make me want to swallow a gallon of ice cream.

I love me some spicy food - I was growing 5 different varieties of hot peppers in my garden, before the slugs swept in and destroyed everything literally overnight.

I probably have spicy meals about half the days out of the week - between hot sauce, Chinese, Thai, Indian restaurants, or my own attempts at those foods... I love me some spice.

I don't like 'em so hot that I'm hiccuping, but hot enough that it burns to touch my nose or eyes without washing my hands
