This is a lot of sheath for the money at $24.95 it is insane at 10 bucks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

If they are like the other SYKCO sheaths it's a clear plastic liner.Not as thick as kydex but thick enough.
