Who participated in the Ganza last night? I've been a frequent lurker and occasional poster here for a while, but have never paid much attention to the Busse side of things (just too rich for my blood), so this was my first Ganza. Put in for a Wiener Dog and an Urban Grudge but made not one but TWO rookie mistakes.

First, I should have written e-mail ahead of time and had it loaded up and ready to go. With my limited typing skills probably lost three to four minutes putting down all relevant info.

Then, in my rush had a typo in the duplicate e-mail I sent to Jerry, so I had a delivery FAIL. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

So I probably will come up empty. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Still, I had fun.

So, how many other Dogs were in and what did you order?

You may still get in. The dual email is in case a server goes down so one email may be enough. I was 20 minutes late on one Ganzaaa and stil got the knife I wanted. Granted you have narrowed your chances but in the end it will depend on how many people ordered the knife/knives you ordered against how many were made.

Good luck <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

When it comes down to it, putting all the fun aside, they are in business to sell knives so hopefully you should get something.

From a marketing perspective these Ganzaaas are just amazing bizz creators. I've said this before but Busse are some of the smartest marketers around.

Hats off to them.

I've spent too much lately on guns, knives, watches and ammo so I held out on this one. I did purchase 2 regs, a de-reg and several of the newly offered SR's, so I have some steel coming. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Congrats to all those that got in on the ganza and got what they wanted! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

This was my first one as well. I put in for 2 WD's. I don't really need anything else with a couple Regulator's and one of each SR's heading my way. Hopefully there are more confirmations coming tomorrow, but I may have missed out...

Thanks guys, but I actually joined about nine months ago and am already the proud owner of a couple of scrapyard knives, with a nice swamp rat on its way. Although I probably drop in almost every day, I'm still a newby when it comes to knives, so I have a lot more to learn than to contribute.

Thanks, good to be here and it's official, I didn't make the cut. Amy just sent me an email letting me know that I missed out on the WD(2) which is all I had on my list.

All I have to say is that you guy's are animals. My time stamp was 9:31 and change and I still missed it. Oh well, good practice for next time.
