My goal was to create a hunting combo. Left hand, as I usally carry a firearm on the right. High enough to be able to sit down comfortably. Angled back a little seemed to draw easier and facilitate the smaller Swamp Warden. Ferro Rod just because I could bolt on more stuff.

Nice setup. I noticed the handles too. I used kiwi wax on mine, may have to try some of the Danner stuff.

Nice sheath but why do you carry two knives of similar size, IMO it would make more sense to piggy back a SAK than a warden.

The changes to the Mandu handles look cool. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Hooker - Very nice set up. Did your RMD come with the grooves in the handle? I see that the knives being offered now do not have these grooves.

My RMD that came in about a month ago (sage and tan like Hookers) came in with the grooves machined.

Silverback - both of my Tan/Sage RMDs came with machined grooves too.

Hooker - I really like the handle color!
