Start off thinking $1800 and $600 sounds cheap...until i realize it's still $600! Rich for me!

As I heard it, those are Blade first-day only prices; afterward, the satin is supposed to be $1897. I'm down for a custom shop gladius with green linen handles. OK so $1897 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> for satin. What about CG?

I think they are amazing blades but not sure what I would use one for. I wonder if it is more of a collectors piece.

Well...the Waki and the SY SCIZZY thingy are both made and priced to be used. I'm really interested to see how they compare to each other weight and length wise.
