Not sure if you saw the discussion or not...but I grabbed an INFI-Coot, and had a Dog pass along an SS4 to me as well. Matter of fact, I stripped the SS4 yesterday. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Nice! Curious to see how your customization job turns out.

I don't have a DF...but seriously considering picking up one of the sand ones off of BF right now. I have a B11, so that's my only hesitation as I don't typically like multiple large knives that have same tasks....I just don't like clutter.

I've actually been selling off a few blades--the guns aren't cheap and I needed some cash to pay for my wife's tile job in the kitchen. Made my rule: "anything I won't use is up for sale." Interestingly, none of my bussekin ended up on the chopping block. Painful to see some of the rest go, but there ya are.

Can't speak for the B11 (although I wouldn't mind <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ) but I have to say the DF is one of the nicest large blades I've ever owned. Handle could be an inch or two longer but other than that It's fantastic. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Actually, I keep hoping for a swamp or yard release of a warden with grips--micarta or res-c. can't drop the dimes for busse steel, but would love to see something here. The swamp warden is in my edc rotation but would love to have something (without paracord) to gut a deer with.
