Todd, just have a sleep study done. If you do have it you can use a CPAP machine and you'll have the best sleep you've had in YEARS! I need to have that done, just never have gotten around to it. My wife tells me that it sounds like I'm struggling to breath sometimes, she's even elbowed me before because she said I stopped breathing. (I think she just wanted an excuse)

If your neck is more than 18 inches in circumference then you are at a higher risk of sleep apnea.
