we did a 7 mile run today, well thats what our TAC officers told us but im pretty sure it was closer to 10 miles. i re-injured my ankle within the first 5 minutes of the run, but i pushed through and finished the run!

Oh man that's rough, on BOTH counts. But good for you.

thanks. my ankle is killing me right now. i'll probably have to do a couple of modified PT sessions next week.

I recently started back at the gym after a while off. Went 5 days the first week of the month, then had to take the whole 2nd week off with a sore knee. Went two days this week so far, and it's already swollen up again. Think someone is trying to tell me something?

Some over there said it's like a Swamp Warden with scales...don't know about that, but I like what I see.

I need to exercise as well, but the doc has put me on shots (not insulin) along with my other pills and said some folks experience weight loss on this stuff (Victoza). I have taken it for two days not and I CAN tell a difference in not getting hungry like I did.

I lost a bunch of weight a while back, but it's starting to come back. Trying to keep it off is hard enough, but I eat that much more in the wintertime.
