You could be right, but then again, it MIGHT be a good marketing strategy to release the new blade JUST before blade and then also announce there will be some available at blade and available for online ordering for us AFTER blade.

My guess is there stragegy is focused on waiting till Blade, folks spend there money (most of it because they don't know what's coming after Blade!) and when they return home thinking they had the best deal they get slapped with some awesome new knive realeses. And of course we addicts can't resist and buy those as well....
They very cleverly play our addictions my friend!
And ooooohhh do we love that (not when our funds are drained but when we get all those fine knives!)

You and me both! I think we are gonna have grilled Pork chops today. And maybe some baked beans with bacon and some brats just because.

And that's the reason why there are never releases "in bulk" (a lot at once) If they did that, folks would just pick the knives they like best and leave the once they like less. Now they release knives one at a time, and with every release people think they need that spacific knife... and again with the next release and the next release...
