About 3 months, this time around. Was actually looking at having gastric bypass surgery at one point, and still may. Insurance will cover it, but I have to come up with about $2k co-payment. That's the only reason I haven't had it yet.

I was just curious, I think I always hit it too hard. I guess it's gonna have to be baby steps. Makes me think of the movie "What About Bob?".

yup... this pain reminded me of whiplash. almost gone now but I can't think of anything I did to cause it.

I'm going to step up my exercise over the weekend. I just want to see my gut go away.

I would rather just have a couple light beers instead of 8-10 of the Ultra. Just doesn't taste right to me.

Same here. I work 12 hour shifts, 5 to 5. I try to go before work, and it's easy when I'm working nights. But when I'm working days that means I have to be in the gym at 2:30 am! I tried it for a while, but it's tough.

I drink Bud Light, but usually only drink a couple at a time. If I drink 3, I'll drink 20, so I usually stop at 2.

start off slow. sometimes exercise actually helps injuries and pain get better.

I cut way back on the beer and recently decided to cut back on soft drinks. left fast food alone years ago but apparently I started making up for it somewhere.
