I saw a couple pictures on the inversion table. I've seem them but never use one.

It takes a few days to really feel any improvement. You feel great when you first get off it, but it goes away. After a few days you really begin to notice a difference.

back in 03-04 I was a 6'3 tank! I would buy a 12 pack and drink it all night while I worked out until 5 or 6 in the morning!!! sounds insane now that I think about it...

That does sound insane!

I actually was doing a lot of late night work for a while. while I worked I would drink a few beers and whenever I took a break I would grab a jump rope or weights or something. sometimes I would jog around the building a few times.

Well, I swear by mine. The immediate effects are almost euphoric, but it takes a few days to really feel the benefits. It wont work if you don't use it though.

Sounds like something I could stand to try, my back hurts all the time, and has for years.

never really used many exercise devises. my folks always had row machines and exercise bikes and gadgets but a set of dumbbells and a jump rope has always been the way for me to get in shape. soloflex makes a great we of dumbbells that I got to use for a year. loved those...

I walk on the eliptical machine at the gym, and use a lot of dumbbells too. I use very few weight machines, I've found that the dumbbells can handle about 90% of my working out.

I agree. I like to lift and run. I don't really consider my inversion table as an exercise divice, but it is a gadget. You just hang there. All I can say is that it makes me feel great, and it's legal!

I think an eliptical is a great machine. I use them when I'm too sore to run, quite often.
