Well, it got up to 82 degrees here today. It was 90 yesterday! I thought I’d take a few knives and my camera for a walk. We were supposed to have a 50% chance of storms, so I tried to hurry before the storms moved through. I got a little sunburned last time I went on a picture walk, so this time I brought my boonie hat to help shade me some.

Here I am by a maple tree in the back yard.

I decided to start a fire and burn some dead sticks in the area so it would be easier to mow. That’s a wheel off of a deuce and a half. It’s sitting on top of a large flat limestone rock to keep it from overheating the ground and killing the plants, and to allow air to flow through the bottom of the rim through the holes and feed the fire.

Actually, I was having quite a hard time walking. I was wearing NO belt, and pants two sizes too big. And I had 4 knives in my pockets. Every few feet or so I had to yank up my pants cause I was sagging. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
