I love to be out in the woods, but the actual hunting I can take it or leave it. A lot of times, I just take my camera and go for a walk

I love deer meat, but the squirrel and rabbit I don't eat. My dad will, so I take it to him, but I don't usually shoot anything that won't get eaten.

I gave away 2 to one guy one night. He hit one and when he turned around to go back he nailed another one! We all know him so we know he wasn't telling us one. We got some good deep fried deer out of that one. I think I would up with about 2 pounds cut up into bite sized chunks, breaded and deep fried. His wife sure knows how to cook a deer!

I'm like you. I can just wander around and not hunt anything, just looking at the "woods". Squirrel and rabbit I like. Tree rat ain't half bad, and thumper is pretty tasty as well!

I went squirrel hunting on Thursday, saw 3 deer, about 25 turkeys and probably a dozen squirrels. But the best thing was that I was out with my son and a good friend of mine, didn't matter if we killed anything or not.

That's one way I don't think I have ever had it. Subject change, but when I was stationed in Idaho this one guy I worked with would smoke salmon. Now THAT stuff was good.
