Just checking to see how Todd is fairing in the storm. You guys are talking about power being out and trees down due to the storm, guess what--we have that here but without the clouds and rain. Just the winds. makes sand and dirt feel like mini-projectiles LOL.

I saw an interesting shotgun the other day. It is a Mossberg 590A1 Blackwater Edition. It has a rifle front sight, a XS rear peep sight with rail, a Speed Feed stock, and the addition of the BW logo. I really like it all except the BW logo, I did not work for them so I don't care for that part. I really like the peep sight though. Price was only about 75 more than a standard 590A1. Oh yeah, has a Fab railed forend that I did not care for either. But, I am picking up a lightly used Mossberg 590A1 today from a local guy for cheaper than I can get a used on in a store, not as cheap as I wanted but being shottyless is not my favorite thing.
How many have Mossy 590A1's here?

I have a mossy 500C 20 gauge, but it is without a barrel at this time. Strangely enough something happened to the short er ah the OTHER one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

The .410 shotgun I bought last month is a Mossberg 500, and I have an old Mossy 12 gauge "Security Combo" model 500 that is over twenty years old. Well, storm has passed. No damage here, but we've got some flooding in the northern part of the county and it has some campers trapped. Swift water rescue teams are on scene and working hard. Had over 6 inches of rain up there, and nearly 3 inches locally.

well our city saw a little bit of the storms but i havent noticed anythin major in my area. lots of rain and little bit of hail. was told tornados did a number on the town my dad is from. seems most of my family there is okay but they arent able to check on everybody since some bridges are blocked.
