Its pretty easy to make/bend. I have a bench top belt/disc sander with a healthy belt that for wood working. But it shapes kydex like nobodys business.

I use a ghetto press and hand drill and rivet. I went for cheap. Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it. And if you mess it up you slowly drill out the rivet and replace it.
