Afterall you and your wife are the corner stones of your family. The house won´t hold up if the foundation is bad.

LOL, Time without the kid was great today. I may take her ATV camping next week. I am reworking a few things on that and I want to take it for a slower trail ride to see how things work out.

I told my wife that you were ATV camping and she went like "They were what?!?" it´s not common here.

I don't know that its common here. But for a few days you don't need much gear or food. A hammock is a chair, shelter and bed so it takes the place of a tent ect. A sleeping pad, sleeping bag and you are good to go. A little bit of food and some water and you have a nice camp.

All of that fits on a small ATV pretty easy.

I was thinking about writing to Santa and asking for him to bring me a hammock. I got interested about the DD Travel hammock because it has water proof fabric so it can be used on the ground as a tent like system if there´s no chance to hang it.

My wife surprised me today. She doesn't want me to get rid of the jeep. She wants me to wait and get another ATV next winter/spring and keep the jeep. Smart gal.

Do you know the DD hammocks? Have you seen them live? I found some finnish information about them but every bit of info is valuable.

I know nothing about the DD hammocks. The plan is to have 2 ATV's. One for me and one for the wife. That way we can all go and enjoy the smaller trails. Plus I want a bigger engine in an ATV.

Eventually when the Child has proven her coordination and responsibility we will get her a small ATV.
