I will eat Whitetail but its the bottom of my list. I like mule deer better. Bit it all depends on what they have been eating as to how they taste. white tail aren't common here yet although they are migrating north into bc the only white tail i've eaten came from farmland and apple orchard raiders

The whitetail I have taken were all from Missouri and Arkansas. They are in some parts of my state but not in the mountains yet.

I think a bear with cubs don´t want a fight but will take it is threathned. you don't know if it is a bluff charge or not until they turn you are not suppose to shoot them until they get about 20 to 30 feet away mind you at full charge they run about 50 feet per second

I know that a lot of the "Dangerous" animals aren't really as dangerous as they are sometimes portrayed to be, but I STILL DON'T want to meet up with one! With my luck I would get the 1 out of a 1000 that has a bad attitude!

There are a few, VERY few black bear starting to show up in this area now and there are some Mt. Lion (cougars) in even more limited numbers. But There is now more game here than there has ever been. Game Conservation works. Oh and they are re-introducing Elk to Missouri!

when my one brother in law was attacked by a black bear it was so close when he shot it that he could only see black through the scope that bear took 3 shots from his 300 savage and 4 from his buddies 30/30,it still manged to run into the bush to die. at one point the bear was between them
